future home technology upgrades.
- Wired for future whole-house automation including

- Whole house video distribution capability for HD cable and media server.

- Category 5 (CAT-5E) wire to all TECH ports can
accommodate phone, high speed internet, fax and data
transmission.
- Prewired for in-home computer network (LAN).
HOME
- Security prewire includes locations at all main level and
basement exterior doors with siren and motion
detectors. Keypad wire is located at the garage entry
and master bedroom.
- Additional wiring included for family safety devices,
such as carbon monoxide detector, temperature sensor
and fire alarm.
